修理してると、オイル汚れやチリやホコリをキレイに落とします。スプレー缶タイプのパーツクリーナ。揮発性があり、ジェット噴射で勢い良く落とせます。
樹液やヤニ、ベタついて汚れると頑固で。勢いの噴射で揮発性があっても、ヤニは分解しないのでパーツクリーナだと残るんです。
更に金ブラシ、ワイヤーブラシでこすり落としていました。成分が違うので、簡単に落とせないんです。ひたすら、ゴシゴシゴシ
目立てして、刃を研いでるから切れるしそんなに気にしなくてもいいんじゃない？確かに切れれば、機械の性能が発揮できると思います。しかし、エンジン回転落ち込み、切れ口の摩擦焼けです。道具に悪影響を及ぼす、負荷や抵抗になります。
選定ハサミなら分かりやすく、ベタつきの抵抗で強い力が必要に。それは｢このハサミ切れない｣ってなりませんか？刃が鋭くても、動かすの面倒になれば疲れます。
【今までの常識】灯油やホワイトガソリンで洗浄の手間
ホワイトガソリンや白灯油で洗浄する事が、一般的な感じでした。お仕事で、良く使うなら持ってるし普通なのかもしれません。
ホワイトガソリン、白灯油液体を使うときには容器を用意して、漬け込んでブラシでゴシゴシ。そのあとの片付けも、液体処分もしないといけません。面倒くさいってなったと思います。
そして、個人の家庭で使う機械しか持っていないなら、常識と思っていた洗浄方法も知らないのも当然だと思います。取り扱い説明書読んだのに、良くわかんない。調べないといけないなんて、参っちゃいますね
お薦めするヤニクリーンをザックリ言うと
300ml の小さめスプレーですが、シューっとひと吹き 泡でしっかり包みます。頑固なヤニ汚れを、要らない布で拭き取るだけ。
容器や溶剤の後始末をしなくて良いので、楽して簡単でした。潤滑油スプレー、シリコンスプレー、キャブスプレー、色々持ってるなら、もう１本棚に追加しても邪魔じゃないですよ。
ラベルを見ると 木工機械、写真付きである機械。個人向けじゃない、ガチで本職の職人さんに使ってもらいたい自信が見えます。
園芸機械なども使える。ってこっちがメインターゲットじゃないんだ？!でもそれだけ良いものだよっと感じてます。
