切れ味は、大切な事。中途半端な繊維の断裂から、枯れ込みや病害になるからです。
際刈りで固いもの噛み込んだり、刃を痛めることがあるかもしれません。自分でメンテナンスをしたい方の為に、替刃を分解して研ぐ事と替刃の交換のやり方のコツをまとめます。
注意喚起：怪我や危険
先に手袋などで、怪我予防して下さい。うっかり触って切りました。（自分で驚くほど切れ味良くなりました。）
使う時にも、ご注意を。方向を自在に腕いっぱい伸ばしたり。その先に左手を置いてあり、切ってしまいます。
電源コードもうっかり切ってしまいました。ヤッパリコードレスが欲しくなる、いちいち電源コードの取り回しを考えなくても良いし
【替刃の分解】刃をヤスリ掛け
２枚の刃を抱き合わせて有りますが、外し方付け方は、後で説明。隙間にヤスリが入るように、分解していきます。
使用工具は２点でもできる
用意する道具は【小さいマイナスドライバー】 と１００均にも売ってる【小さめのダイヤモンドヤスリ】（色々使えるので重宝してます）
安定した場所で分解
台や机で作業をオススメ、写真に有るように小さい部品で構成されてます。無くさないように
まず、ｃクリップ(写真を参照）の隙間にマイナスドライバでこじり外す（飛ばさないように）
固定ピンとワッシャーも無くしてしまわないように、指より小さいですからね。
ヤスリで削る際には、横から水平に見ると台形の形をしています。斜めの角度に合わせて、ヤスリを動かす様に心掛けます。
汚れやカスなど落としていくと、色味も変わり金属が光ってきます。角が立ったら紙でチェック、硬く鋭いのが本来の刃。指先でチェックは気をつけて。
【替刃の組付け】順番通り
新品替刃の組み付け品を見れば分かる部分もあります（写真参照）
１，黒い台座 ２，薄いワッシャー忘れずに、台座のピン穴に合わせる ３，刃数多い刃（台形底辺を上向き） ４，刃数少ない刃（台形底辺を下向き）５，刃が向き合わさってるが、間にポッチ（スペイサー） ６，バリカン支点のピンを入れる ７，ひっくり返し台座側cクリップ固定
ポッチがある事で、２枚の刃先が隙間なく摺り合わせます。無いだけで、切れなくなります。薄いワッシャーやポッチが小さいのは、振動摩擦の軽減になっています。
本体から【替刃】を脱着
切れ味の新品と比較もやったみたいと思ってました。運良く、オークションで半額以下の新品を入手できました。
早速交換します、有りがたいことにグリス付です。刃とカムホイールに塗り工具レスで交換ができます。
刃研ぎでの分解の時：グリスお持ちでないなら、刃の油分を残す。ふき取ってしまと金属摩耗が進行します。滑らかに作動してほしいです。
５分も掛からず交換できると、嬉しい。草刈り機のチップソー交換時に、ナット無くしたり面倒だったりしますね。
カムホイールのピン位置は、横に。替刃の組位置と合わせます。でないと、キッチリカバーが閉まりません。
本体購入にあった、刃先のカバーで保護してから替刃の入れ替えして下さい。怪我の防止になります。
